"I started looking for rental properties about 3 years ago and started in the Denver/Fort Collins/Colorado Springs markets. I did a lot of research and was having a hard time finding the property that would cash flow and meet my needs. I stopped looking about a year ago and was doing some research on Wyoming for work and came across a government demographics report that got me interested in Wyoming and in particular Cheyenne. Cheyenne has the most diverse market in Wyoming with Military, Government, Some Manufacturing, Oil&Gas, a couple Colleges, etc., strong rental demographics and home prices that were more attractive and will enable me to have a more diversified portfolio. I started to do some online research and came across Connie's Website. I sent her an e-mail and she responded immediately."
"From there we went up and started our search. She gave us a tour of the city and went through some of the different markets, we discussed our goal as owners and determined the type of assets that fit our needs. She was patient and met with us several times until we found a home that met our needs. This is were a normal Real Estate agent gets off but we are far from over. She provided us with a ton of contacts and helped us close our transaction. I have a broker I use for my personal home but he was not licensed in Wyoming so she provided me with 2 Funding sources, 2 local insurance contacts, walked through the appraisal/inspection process on two homes and ensured the sale contract was written in a manor that enabled us to have the seller pay for most repair costs."
"I have a plumber, 2 appliance stores, electrician, information on the different newspapers, and all the local telephone, gas, power, etc. At close she had submitted ads to the local papers, assisted with applications, provided sample rental contracts and HELPED SHOW the house. Yes, to help us she even put her number in the paper and went out multiple times to show the home and did the initial interview of the renters. (I don't expect this as a common practice but it help us greatly) This was our first rental property and without this assistance I know we would have overlooked something and run into some problems. My wife and I both work and have two children under 2 so you can imagine our time is tight and she made this the most enjoyable Real Estate experience I have ever had. She far exceeded any expectations and I will be buying more homes through Connie."
