Sally was always very fast in getting us an appointment to see a house we were interested in. Once we were at the site she would not get caught up in the charm like we would. She would diplomatically point out any problems the home may cause us in the future. I am not sure how she did it, but she would point out these important features (giving us lots to think about) without crushing our enthusiasm.
Once we narrowed in on what we wanted, Sally was very knowledgeable on the negotiation process. She has a great team of contacts for the inspection, mortgage, and Title Company. Not to mention her assistant who is friendly, knowledgeable, and always follows through. Overall, I was confident our paperwork was in good hands.
