WOW. What an awesome realtor (Mark Myers) and an even more awesome PROFESSIONAL team of realtors and support staff.

I made a VERY BAD choice (too long explanation) and hired another realtor at first. Was described as a real "fireball". Fire must have fizzled. Unrealistic price point, NO advertising, constant (unwarranted criticisim (even on price which this person set!!!) terrible signage, made us feel like we were bothering the agent when we called. TERRIBLE. I was always saying the WORST part of selling property is dealing with the knucklehead realtors 98% are hair brained and the remaining 2% are hard to find.

So it sat and sat and sat.

I finally listed with Myers Team Loganville, Ga.and it sold in about two months. Not only that but because of the extensive advertising (MORE than I had ever seen from a realtor interntet / hard copy etc.) we had constant traffic and FEEDBACK. Yes FEEDBACK. Mr. Mark Myers coached and counseled us every step of the way and made solid affordable suggestions on how to make minor improvements that paid handsome dividends.

Every step of the way his TEAM and I mean TEAM were there and never made me feel like I was bothering them. I felt like the most important customer they had.

Ron and Bev Hollenbeck of Kennewick, Richland and Pasco, Washington
All things started out surprisingly well. The Hollenbeck's came to my home, did research, and then determined fair market value and listed my home as a Multiple Listing through Re-Max. Within a week, I had a buyer who was interested in negotiating a deal. Ron advised me of my options and expertly wrote up my counter offer. In a matter of a couple of days, all parties had agreed upon the negotiated contingency agreement. And then (as part of my agreement) I waited for my buyers own home to sell. Since my home was essentially sold, The Hollenbecks transferred their energy into finding a buyer for my buyer's home. Even though the "other house" was listed with a different agency, Ron and Bev made contacts with other realtors and sent out flyers to sources that they felt would be potential buyers for this other property. Much to our frustration, my buyer was not willing to negotiate any terms on the sale of his property, and I chose to let our contract expire.

Now the process of selling my home became challenging. It was January, it was cold, and in my opinion, the market was glutted with houses in my competitive price range. Ron and Bev held several open houses, they made sure that my house was on the front page of local real estate magazines, they wrote up ads for the local newspaper, and made suggestions to me on how I could make my home more attractive to potential buyers. Through the four months that it took to eventually sell my home, both Ron and Bev were extremely conscientious about keeping me informed of showings and contacts with other realtors that had been made during the day. Because I was driving a one-way, 90 mile commute to my new job, there were times when I became pretty frustrated with market sales. But each time, either Ron or Bev would be there to support and encourage me. They always returned my phone calls and they were always open to any suggestion or comment/concern that I might have had.



Eventually, new buyers came along and made an offer on my home. Again, Ron advised me of my options for negotiating a deal that would work for me. And again, Ron worked well with my new buyer's realtor to achieve a workable contract. And when it came time for me to make an offer on a home in Yakima (where I live now), The Hollenbeck's worked with my local Re-Max realtor to make sure I was being taken care of on the purchasing end of my real estate deal.



During the inspections and loan approvals that go along with buying and selling real estate, Ron's knowledge of community banking and Bev's level headed determination to research and problem solve really paid off for me and my buyers. I believe they both gave more than 100% of their effort to ensure that my real estate deal would go through.



I consider Ron and Bev to be wonderful realtors who kept my best interests in mind throughout a stressful time in my life. I was glad that they were representing me, as I was away from my home 12 hours a day and needed someone I could trust to handle things for me while I was working. As a single woman making major career and lifestyle changes, I really appreciated the team of Ron and Bev Hollenbeck to help me stay positive and focused throughout a difficult transition in my life.
